As part of the small group representing "Ukrainian New Wave" we have attended The "Protection of Childhood: Security Dimensions For Children and Adolescents" Conference, convened by Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska at the United Nations, featuring First Lady Jill Biden as guest of honor. Dr. Biden praised Zelenska's initiative. Along side Zelenska, First Ladies of Estonia, Belize, Finland, Guatemala, Lithuania, Malawi and Suriname appealed for global solidarity with Ukraine and shared their global concerns around children's safety, education and well-being around the globe.
