During the "New Wave" summer program, which was planned to improve the Ukrainian language for children born in the USA, more than 100 refugee children made new friends here, being here at the school's summer program every day. This made it possible for their parents to settle in a new place, and for their children to feel safe among their own. Over two months, more than 140 children were engaged in their favorite sports, as well as in art studios
